Functions

• Ensure that Exlabesa systems are specified in building projects in the Andalusia region under your responsibility, organising and coordinating meetings with architectural firms, property developers and construction companies.
• Consultancy and technical assistance to clients (metalwork companies, façade contractors) and specifiers (architects, engineers, developers) during the different phases of projects.
• Study of works and preparation of budgets, optimising materials to ensure the competitiveness of bids.
• Preparation of technical reports for projects.
• Preparation of construction details and on-site meetings.
• Calculation of thermal transmittance and sound attenuation.
• Calculation and dimensioning of structures.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of aluminium systems for architecture.
• Proficiency and demonstrable knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Previous contact with architectural firms, developers and construction companies in Andalusia.
