Description Performs those duties directly involved with the completion of all requested services of the Radiology Department with regards to quality and quantity, including out-patient services for all age groups. Supervises employees’ duties and their work processes daily. Responsible for maintaining all supplies and equipment functioning for departmental operations. Responsible for operational coverage hours as well as extended and call service hours.

Operations must be in compliance with all TJC, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols.
Acts as Director of Radiology in his/her absence. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medical staff. Performs in the capacity of staff technologist covering the modalities in which he/she has experience or competency as needed.

Qualifications Graduate of Radiologic Technology program, Nuclear Medicine or Ultrasound. Current registration or certification by ARRT, NMTCB or ARDMS. Current BLS certification.
