Exciting full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Andalusia, AL! Main Street Family Care is growing, and we are looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly FNP to join our team full time. You will provide patient‑focused care to help our patients feel better FAST! Our services include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be able to lead a small team while working in a high‑volume and fast‑paced urgent care environment.

This is an incredible opportunity for FNPs early in their career – including brand‑new graduates! (Still haven’t taken boards? That’s okay!) Following our on‑site hosted HQ orientation and training, you will have several training shifts with existing providers in one of our clinics. But the support doesn’t end there! From a complimentary pediatric urgent care CE course to an NP on‑call to help you with clinical decision making as you grow into the role, the support we have to help you achieve ultimate career success as a provider is unmatched.

• Two‑year commitment with tuition or student loan reimbursement grants available.

• Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues.
• Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal, foreign‑object removal, suturing, splinting, and general orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review x‑rays (to be over‑read by a radiologist).
• Provide general dermatology, eye problem assessments, EKG interpretations, emergency management, and general GYN expertise.
• Treat children of all ages and provide occupational medicine services.
• Telemedicine care.

Main Street Clinic Hours – open extended hours, 7‑days a week:

• Monday‑Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday‑Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend:

• Week 1:
  Mon (ON), Tue (ON), Wed (OFF), Thu (OFF), Fri (ON), Sat (ON), Sun (ON).
• Week 2:
  Mon (OFF), Tue (OFF), Wed (ON), Thu (ON), Fri (OFF), Sat (OFF), Sun (OFF).

• Family Nurse Practitioner board certification required.
• MSN or higher education required (new graduates are welcome).
• DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified; we cover certification costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.
