This posting is for a Food Services Worker/Custodian to work at the Solon Dixon Forestry Center in Andalusia, Alabama.
Average weekly hours are around 32 hours with a typical schedule of 6:00am – 2:00pm and 3:30pm – 8:00pm.
Responsibilities- Cook 3 meals per day for guests (season, bake, boil, fry)
- Prepare kitchen (clean pots, pans, dishes, counters, tables)
- Prepare food (wash, slice, mix)
- Serve meals to guests
- Stock shelves and check deliveries
- Housekeeping in dorms and other facilities (sweep, mop, vacuum, dust)
Minimum:
Prior food service experience and/or prior custodial experience.
