O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Company to find their next Human Resource Coordinator. This position full-time and is based in Anderson, CA.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Human Resource Coordinator and Office Assistant to provide essential support a HR team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering consistent employee support. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a solid understanding of human capital management principles.

Human Resource Coordinator Qualifications
  • Familiarity with human capital management concepts and HR best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems
  • Proven experience in human resources coordination or administrative support
Employee Support and Onboarding
  • Assist with employee orientation and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization
  • Provide administrative support throughout the full employee lifecycle
Performance and Evaluation Management
  • Coordinate employee evaluations and performance management processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and help foster a culture of continuous improvement
Benefits and Administrative Support
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, policy, and general HR inquiries
  • Maintain personnel files, records, and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Support daily office operations, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
