Sheet Metal Fabricator

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable HVAC company to find their next HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator is skilled, motivated, and experienced in fabricating and assembling HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Pay Rate: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)

• Experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and duct layouts
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Knowledge of HVAC materials, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Fabricate HVAC ductwork and fittings from sheet metal using shop equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal accurately
• Operate fabrication equipment such as brakes, shears, and rollers
• Ensure all work meets SMACNA standards and job specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with shop and field personnel
