HVAC Service Technician

O2 Employment Services is working with a local HVAC company to find their next HVAC Service Technician. This is a full-time, regular opportunity for a skilled technician who is committed to providing high-quality service, diagnostics, and repairs.

The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently in the field.

$28.00 – $40.00 per hour, DOE

EPA Certification required

Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment

Experience with residential and/or light commercial systems

Own basic tools; company provides specialty tools

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedule

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold)

Perform installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems

Troubleshoot system malfunctions and recommend solutions

Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems

Communicate with customers regarding service performed and recommendations

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Ensure work is performed to company and industry safety standards

Stay current on industry best practices and new technologies
