Big Time Pest Control isBOOMINGin Northern California, and we are very excited to be adding more phenomenal team members to expand our Construction Department in the Redding, Anderson and Red Bluff areas.

The Construction Department takes care of all our repairs, exclusions and treatments cause by wood destroying pests...the list goes on and on! Our team members are the Super Hero’sof the industry by helping protect and improve homeowners investments.

We are looking for an entry level candidate with basic knowledge of siding, dry wall, painting, structural repairs and finish carpentry work. We are looking for someone who is motivated to grow with the company and willing to do the hard work. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to grow in the carpentry field. With the combined effort of our team, Big Time Pest Control is dedicated to helping every individual succeed.

We require a good driving record (no handsfree tickets) and the ability to pass a drug screen and time of hire and during employment (NO EXCEPTIONS).All skill levels considered and encouraged to apply. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties without accommodations:

• Must pass a Drug, DMV and Background check (Live Scan fingerprint check)
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older
• Must care about customers!

• Can safely, and effectively communicate with crew members from start to finish on all scales of projects and builds.
• Knows and understands proper terminology for structural members, and the proper implementation of them in re-construction/ new building.
• Is ultimately responsible for the outcome of the quality of the projects completed, and answers directly to the manager in regards to completed projects.
