Position: Assistant Controller

Location: Anderson, IN

Compensation: $80K–$100K (base) + Guaranteed quarterly bonus (4–5% of quarterly salary)

Schedule: Fully in-office

The Assistant Controller will serve as a key financial partner to leadership, owning core close and reporting responsibilities while supporting budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers broad exposure across accounting and finance and is open to candidates from public accounting or corporate environments.

• Support a 5‑day month‑end close
• Prepare financial statements
• Participate in monthly business reviews
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Support external audit requests
• Lead ad-hoc projects focused on continuous improvement

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong foundational accounting background with broad exposure
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics
