- Maintaining the accuracy and organization of work documents and submitting all reports on time
- Coordinating with your team to prepare monthly documents for customers and brokers and post them to a secure website
- Generating reviews outlining customer healthcare expenditures within their plan
- Preparing and submitting annual renewal reports for reinsurance carriers
- Assisting with other functions as needed
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Customer service-focused mindset

- High school degree or equivalent
