** Key Responsibilities
*** Spot paint repairs, blending, and refinishing on used vehicle inventory
* Bumper repair and refinishing
* Color matching to OEM standards
* Maintain high quality and efficiency to support inventory turn goals
* Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams
** Qualifications
* ** Proven experience in automotive paint and refinishing
* Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Dependable, punctual, and professional
* Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred
