** Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Specialist
** to join our high-volume used car reconditioning operation. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in precision work and efficiency.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform high-quality paintless dent repair on used vehicle inventory
* Remove door dings, minor creases, and hail-related dents where applicable
* Maintain OEM-quality standards while meeting reconditioning timelines
* Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams to support inventory turn
* Keep work area organized and equipment maintained
** Qualifications
* ** Proven experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
* Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Dependable, punctual, and professional
* Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred
