*** Repair and recondition vehicle interiors to retail standards
* Perform seat repair, vinyl and leather repair, dyeing, and color matching
* Repair minor burns, tears, cracks, and trim damage
* Carpet and headliner spot repair where applicable
* Maintain high-quality standards while meeting reconditioning timelines
* Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams
** Qualifications
* ** Proven experience in automotive interior repair and reconditioning
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Dependable, punctual, and professional
* Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred
