WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

This position offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime available.

As our Eligibility Specialist, you'll enter employee data into our claims system, update records for new hires, terminations, dependents, and life events, and take calls from customers or employees reporting important changes. You're the expert ensuring every update is correctly captured, every detail is accurate, and every customer receives exceptional service. Your work keeps our systems current, our clients informed, and our operations running seamlessly.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN ELIGIBILITY SPECIALIST?

We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime during open enrollment season

Experience with self-funded insurance is preferred.
