Overview
Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
License Eligible Therapist - Home and Community Based Services – Full-time Staff Therapist providing outpatient individual, family and group therapy services to adults, children/adolescents and families with mental health and behavioral health needs. Duties include evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual, family and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient individual, family and group therapy services to clients across age groups with mental health and behavioral health needs.
- Conduct evaluations/assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Deliver crisis intervention/emergency services as needed.
- Provide evidence-based therapies in individual, family, and group formats and address substance use treatment when applicable.
- Master s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a directly related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education.
- Two (2) years experience in a clinical setting with diverse populations.
- Community Mental Health experience highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Must be License Eligible by the State of Indiana and actively pursue licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana.
- Licensure as LCSW, LMHC or LMFT is highly preferred.
