• Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates
• Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement
• Structured mentoring and quarterly in‑person or online continuous education courses through Med Bridge memberships
• Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)
• Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees

• Deliver evidence‑based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (e.g., physicians, case management, nurses)

• Graduate of a CAA‑approved Speech‑Language Pathology program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association
• State licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Basic Life Support certification

Pay Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually (the posted range accounts for background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position).
