. As a Flight Paramedic, you’ll be on the front lines of critical care, delivering rapid response and advanced medical support to thosein urgent need. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring swift and effective medical transport during life’s most critical moments.

• Provide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and elevate care standards.
• Rotational schedule based on operational needs.

• Active
  Paramedic Certification in the state of employment.
• Minimumof 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospital service (5 years preferred).
• Currentcertifications:
  BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
• FP-Ccertification within
  24 months of hire.
• Flightor transport experience preferred.
• Successful completion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.
• Bachelor'sdegree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person andover the phone.
• Basic computer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting.
• Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening,and background check.
• Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.
