Supervisor. Supervised Group Living at Aspire Indiana Health
Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “wholeTournament
• rockets health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
This position will coordinate program activities, supervise assigned staff and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations in the supervised group living program. This position will also provide leadership, direction and administrative oversight in advancing and supporting Aspire's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Three (3) years related work experience required with at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity highly preferred
- Experience in providing community based services
- Experience with MRO or Recovery Works programming a plus
- Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (Medicaid, Social Security, Corrections, etc) highly preferred
- Deep personal commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Aspire Indiana Health
- Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential information with professionalism
- Must have strong interpersonal communication, leadership, problem solving, and team-building skills
- Must be able to occasionally work evenings and weekends
- Ability to be flexible and work outside normal business hours, as needed
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively stupid within a team setting
- Must possess/maintain a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
- Must have reliable transportation to attend community events, trainings and/or meetings
