As a Hospitality Manager, you will create a spirit of hospitality in the Front‑of‑the‑House, fostering a warm and positive environment. You will select friendly and talented co‑workers, lead the human and financial resources to achieve profitable operations, and ensure guests experience a dining environment that encourages long‑term loyalty. In the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor.

• Create and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
• Select, train, and manage front‑of‑the‑house staff.
• Lead financial and human resource initiatives to meet operational goals.
• Ensure food quality, production standards, safety, and labor compliance.

• Strong, stable work history and management experience in a high‑volume casual or family‑style restaurant.
• College coursework in business or hospitality (education and training).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
