Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Automation and Manufacturing Account Executive at iRiS Recruiting SolutionsA well-established manufacturing company in the Anderson, IN area is seeking a Production Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing teams, and driving performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Supervise and coordinate hourly production employees
- Monitor production costs and implement ways to reduce costs
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and implement quality control procedures
- Coach, train, and develop operators and lead personnel
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Prior experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, shop‑floor environment
- Solid understanding of safety, quality, and production metrics
