• Set up and operate CNC Milling Machine Centers to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and more.
• Interpret specifications and desired results by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and other documents.
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines perform the correct function.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Conduct a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts.
• Supervise the machines while they execute tasks and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
• Inspect, measure, and compare finished products with requirements to confirm proper completion.
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure it remains functional.

• Ability to read gauges and tape measures.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machine Center Operator (preferred).
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a results‑driven approach.
• Good communication abilities.
