As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will coordinate nursing care for patients based on established standards, using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Coordinate and perform nursing activities in assigned section/unit during a designated shift.
• In the absence of senior management, oversee facility operations during certain shifts.

• Active LPN state license.
• A passion for providing compassionate care to senior residents.
• Experience in long‑term care is a plus, but not required.
