As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This involves delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Coordinate and perform nursing activities during designated shifts.
• In the absence of the Director of Nursing and Administrator, a Registered Nurse may be responsible for facility operations on some shifts.

• Current, valid RN state license.
• A nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in a long‑term living facility is a plus, but not required.
• Skilled at tackling multiple tasks and making quick decisions.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner.
