Full-time and Part-time Day Shift

As a Registered Nurse
, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Assess resident conditions, document changes accurately, and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and holistic resident care.
• Promote a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and support a respectful, positive work environment.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
