Base pay range$36.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) – PRN
Pay: $36–$40/hr
Differentials: +$2/hr for nights and +$2/hr for weekends
Near Muncie, Anderson, Lapel, Alexandria, Fishers, and Noblesville
We’re hiring experienced and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our medical detox and residential treatment team. You’ll play a key role in helping clients recover from addiction and mental health challenges in a safe, structured environment.
What You’ll Do- Complete client intake assessments
- Monitor vitals and withdrawal symptoms
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Document all care in our EMR system (Kipu)
- Communicate with doctors, therapists, and care staff
- Respond to emergencies and support crisis management
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Work 1 holiday per year (minimum)
- Active RN or LPN license (Indiana)
- ASN or BSN from an accredited school
- 1+ year nursing experience (hospital or behavioral health preferred)
- BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Comfortable with physical requirements such as standing, walking, bending, and responding quickly to emergencies and working 12‑hour shifts
- Must be available for two 12‑hour shifts per month
