• Provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
• Communicate with physicians and team members about changes in patient condition and results of diagnostic studies.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties across departments with adequate supervision.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Indiana LPN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of six months to one year of work experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
