Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time – All Shifts – $10,000 Sign On Bonus

As an RN in the long‑term acute care setting, you will provide direct and indirect patient care for individuals with complex conditions such as respiratory failure, chronic infections, non‑healing wounds, sedation/pain management, pressor and cardiac management. You will communicate with physicians, CCO/co‑workers and patients regarding clinical changes and diagnostic results, responding quickly and accurately.

• Hourly pay up to $45 per hour, based on experience, ICU experience and national certifications.
• Higher hourly rates than market.
• Shift differentials paid for night and weekend shifts.
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus or tuition reimbursement (subject to a 2‑year employment commitment).

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in a long‑term acute care setting.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, CCOs, co‑workers, patients and families about changes in clinical condition, diagnostic results and treatment plans.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties across all departments under appropriate supervision.

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
