Full‑Time Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) – Evaluate and manage wounds for in‑patients and out‑patients in a long‑term acute care setting. Provide direct and indirect patient care, communicate with physicians/CCO/co‑workers, and respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition. Perform general nursing duties in all departments under adequate supervision.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Indiana RN or LPN licensure in good standing.
• Wound Care Certification and experience preferred.
• ACLS Certification.
• BLS Certification.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
