RoleAs a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gaining hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.

Experience:
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations
- Food Safety certification (local requirements, acquired at own expense)
Employees must be able to work in hot, noisy environments, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work quickly and accurately. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
