Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking enthusiastic servers to provide guests with a memorable experience. The restaurant is part of Flynn Group, the largest Applebee’s franchise operator worldwide. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs while working hard and having a great time.

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.

• Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours in length.
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
• Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets throughout the dining area and kitchen (~30 times per shift).
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Must be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
