HVAC Technician - Comfort Advisor

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician - Comfort Advisor in Anderson, IN. In this role, you'll earn hourly pay plus performance-based pay and SPIFs, with total earnings potential between $75,000 and $100,000/year
, and top performers can exceed that range.

This is a full-time heating and cooling service position,
Monday through Friday
, with in-home consultations scheduled as needed. You'll also participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service when needed.

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• Comfort Advisor or HVAC sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust and guide customers through important decisions
• Valid Indiana driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Professional, motivated, and solution-oriented attitude

As an HVAC Technician - Comfort Advisor, you'll use company-provided tools like an iPad and Field Pulse to organize and document your appointments. You'll visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations, assess their comfort needs, and clearly present HVAC replacement options. You'll perform system evaluations during maintenance and service calls, explain system features and energy efficiency benefits, and offer financing options to help customers make confident decisions.

Your professionalism and integrity will help you build trust and guide customers to the best solutions. On-call days, you'll respond quickly to emergency service needs.
