The Estimator is responsible for managing the cost estimating portion of the preconstruction process. This requires an individual who has high attention to detail and delivers estimates with great accuracy in short timelines.

• Produces an initial project schedule to ensure client goals are achievable.
• Determines project requirements per project location and adequately accounts for all fees associated with project.
• Develop Clear and accurate scope documents for Design/Build projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs, analysis, estimates, and studies for all items incorporated in the assigned scope.
• Take lead role in Lump Sum bids, determines and assigns workload to meet deadlines.
• Assembles subcontractor and vendor bid list.
• Verifies participation from subcontractor and vendors.
• Produces a comparison sheet for all incoming bids for projects.
• Orders bid bond.
• Verifies all project documentation and submittal requirements are met.
• Review drawings, specifications and all other construction documents. Make senior management aware of design‑related problems, completeness of documents
