Hematology​/Oncology Physician

AnMed is seeking a fellowship-trained Hematologist/Oncologist for their Cancer Center in Anderson, SC. Located along South Carolina s National Heritage Corridor, the greater Anderson area is a fast-growing and diverse county of about 185,000 residents.

• Provide comprehensive care for outpatient oncology patients with minimal hospital rounds.
• Work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with on-call responsibilities.
• Manage patient care for an average of 15-25 patients per day.
• Participate in the practice's rebuilding phase with a focus on growth and development.
• Utilize state-of-the-art facilities, including a 24-bay outpatient oncology infusion department.
• Engage in supportive leadership and collegial medical staff collaboration.
• Access and promote involvement in nationwide clinical trials.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Medical Oncology (Board Certified preferred).
• Completion of a fellowship in Hematology/Medical Oncology.
• Clean malpractice and license history.
• Ability to relocate and commit to residency within the local area.
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates.

• SC License (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start).
• CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start).
• Copy of the most recent NPDB Report (within 30 to 60 days active).
