Phlebotomist II – Anderson, SC (Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–6:30 pm)

Pay Range: $19.32+ per hour (salary offers based on factors including skills, experience; eligible for annual performance bonus)

Responsibilities
  • Collect specimens per procedure (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams)
  • Administer oral solutions per training
  • Verify orders and enter data accurately using lab technology and client contact
  • Obtain identification, enter billing info and collect payments as required
  • Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep
  • Perform non‑patient duties (inventory, supplies, sanitization, filing, answering phones, email)
  • Follow departmental policies, protocols and procedures
  • Assist with compilation & submission of statistics and data when required
  • Maintain phlebotomy logs (logs, temperature logs)
  • Complete online and in‑person training courses on schedule
Qualifications
  • Three years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary)
  • Keyboard/data entry experience
  • Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record (if applicable)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

The position requires effective communication in English.
