Phlebotomist II – Anderson, SC (Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–6:30 pm)
Pay Range: $19.32+ per hour (salary offers based on factors including skills, experience; eligible for annual performance bonus)

- Collect specimens per procedure (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams)
- Administer oral solutions per training
- Verify orders and enter data accurately using lab technology and client contact
- Obtain identification, enter billing info and collect payments as required
- Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep
- Perform non‑patient duties (inventory, supplies, sanitization, filing, answering phones, email)
- Follow departmental policies, protocols and procedures
- Assist with compilation & submission of statistics and data when required
- Maintain phlebotomy logs (logs, temperature logs)
- Complete online and in‑person training courses on schedule
- Three years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary)
- Keyboard/data entry experience
- Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
The position requires effective communication in English.
