Base pay range
$12.00/hr - $15.00/hr
What You’ll Do- Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with walking, transfers & mobility support
- Provide companionship (conversation, games, encouragement)
- Light housekeeping & simple meal prep
- Medication reminders (within state guidelines)
- Communicate with families & our care team
- Keep simple digital care notes
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma/GED
- Previous Caregiving Or Healthcare Experience Preferred (not Required)
- A caring heart, patience, and great communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & insurance
- Ability to pass background & drug screening
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
