• Personal Care Assistance:
  Provide assistance with residents activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while ensuring their comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Safety and Security:
  Monitor resident for any signs of distress, illness, or emergencies. Follow safety protocols, including fall prevention measures, and respond appropriately to incidents.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of resident care, including changes in condition, medication administration, and daily care activities.
• Communication:
  Collaborate effectively with the nursing team, caregivers, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication about residents needs, concerns, and updates.
• Resident Engagement:
  Plan and participate in recreational activities, exercise programs, and social events to encourage residents physical and emotional well‑being. Tailor activities to residents interests.
• Maintain Residents Privacy:
  Respect and protect residents privacy and confidentiality at all times, adhering to HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
