, allowing you to focus on delivering personalized, dignified, and compassionate support.

• Starting pay of $15.00 per hour

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to brighten each client’s day
• Provide medication reminders and assist with simple health monitoring
• Document care accurately and report any concerns to the care team and families

• Current CNA certification
• Reliable transportation within the Anderson area
• Basic first aid & CPR (preferred but not required)
• Understanding of common senior conditions (Alzheimer’s/Dementia, mobility issues)
• Knowledge of home safety protocols & HIPAA compliance
• Ability to provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring
• Proper body mechanics for lifting and assisting
• Nutrition, meal prep, and basic housekeeping skills
• Compassion, patience, and active listening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable time management, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to follow care plans
• Professional and positive attitude
