Job Description:
Condor is looking for a caring, compassionate and hardworking Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility. Our facility provides training and education to ensure that you have the knowledge to provide high quality care to our residents. We provide competitive salaries and benefits. Responsibilities:- Oversee the day to day operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
- Create and monitor employee schedules to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train employees on proper cleaning techniques, use of chemicals, and policies related to their job duties.
Qualifications:
- 2 years + as a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor in a skilled nursing setting (preferred)
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass a background check
- Knowledge related to rules and regulations
