Manage existing policies: billing inquiries, policy changes, documentation updates, and maintaining smooth day-to-day service.
Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and offer advice that helps customers understand their insurance options and value.
Build long-term relationships by providing consistent, professional, and personable support.

Comfort using computers and basic office technology.
Preferred:
Active NY State Property & Casualty License — or willingness to obtain one (we can help).
