** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials within the site.
* Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report any issues promptly.
* Follow all site safety protocols and traffic rules to maintain a safe work environment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in a production environment.
* Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
* Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor troubleshooting.
* Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
