Maintenance Technician

Our client, a manufacturing leader in the label printing industry, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Anderson, SC

Pay Range: $24-$26

Shift: 8a – 5p, Monday through Friday

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on printing presses, finishing, and converting equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production support requests
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts usage records
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or printing environment (label or packaging experience a plus)
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
