* ** Starting Pay Rates on Experience & Pre-Employment Test Results:**
* ** Production Welder A:** $26.50
* ** Production Welder B:** $24.50
* ** Production Welder C:** $20.75---###

* What You’ll Do:

** Perform
** MIG welding
** on metal components   Read and interpret
** blueprints and welding symbols
** Set up, adjust, and operate
** welding equipment
** Inspect welds for
** quality and precision
** Follow
** safety guidelines
** and maintain a clean workspace## Qualifications###

* What We’re Looking For:

* ** Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication** (preferred but not required)   Ability to
** use hand and power tools
** Strong
** attention to detail and quality
** Willingness to
** work in a fast-paced environment
** Ability to
** lift 50+ lbs
** and stand for long periods###
