Print Production Manager

Advanced Labelworx, Inc. This is a full-time, on-site Print Production Manager role based in Anderson, SC. The Print Production Manager oversees daily print operations, including scheduling jobs, coordinating workflows, and ensuring production deadlines are met. Responsibilities include supervising production team members, managing equipment utilization, and monitoring quality control across flexographic, digital, thermal, and screen printing processes. The role involves collaborating with sales, design, and engineering teams to translate customer specifications into accurate production plans, optimizing materials and methods for each job.

The Print Production Manager also tracks production metrics, implements process improvements, supports safety and compliance standards, and addresses operational issues to maintain efficient, reliable print output.

• Candidates should possess skills in Print Production Management and Print Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing end-to-end print workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Production Management, with experience coordinating teams, resources, and equipment in a manufacturing or print environment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Printing processes, ideally flexographic, digital, thermal imprinting, and screen printing, with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Experience with label manufacturing, industrial or commercial print operations, and agency/compliance-related labeling (e.g., UL, CSA) is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple jobs and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with production management or MIS systems, job tickets, and basic data/metrics tracking to support continuous improvement.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a production setting and familiarity with safety and equipment maintenance practices are preferred.
• Relevant technical or vocational training, or a degree in manufacturing, graphics/printing technology, operations management, or a related field, is advantageous.
