Your daily tasks will vary based on the specific assignment, but may include the following:

• Execute MIG, TIG, or Stick welding tasks to meet project specifications.
• Construct, align, and join metal parts and structural elements.
• Prepare metal stock by measuring, marking, cutting, and grinding to facilitate production.
• Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure project accuracy.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools, power equipment, and precision measuring devices.
• Verify that all completed welds and assemblies meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Adjust components as necessary to guarantee precise fitment and structural alignment.
• Operate all welding and fabrication machinery in a secure and productive manner.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the entire team.
• Adhere to established production timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members or work autonomously to finalize production goals.

• Prior background in welding, metal fabrication, or general manufacturing is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques is preferred.
• Proficiency in taking accurate measurements and operating standard hand and power tools.
• Experience interpreting blueprints or technical fabrication drawings is a plus for relevant roles.
• Demonstrate a high level of precision to ensure the delivery of top‑tier work.
• Maintain a focus on safety and follow all workplace directives to protect yourself and others.
• Show consistent reliability, a constructive mindset, and a strong desire to acquire new skills.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
