Traveling LPN: Primary Care Upstate SC

Humana’s Center Well Senior Primary Care is seeking a Float LPN to support multiple Upstate SC clinics, with Anderson as your primary location. This onsite role requires travel between sites and reports to the Associate Operations Director.

You will assist providers with primary care services, handle patient intake, vital signs, documentation, administer medications, and coordinate follow-up while caring for adult and senior patients.
