Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service

DescriptionOverview: The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products represented, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment, and supplies, intercepting consumers and demonstrating products in a professional manner, and maintaining a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
Responsibilities- Possess the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented prakcesful.
- Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
- Properly set up and prepare the event table for execution.
- Achieve 100% execution of assigned work.
- Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
- Complete expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Accurately prepare and('__all') online requirements on the same day as event execution.
- Access the internet and navigate company systems (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF forms).
This role is not expected to exceed 25 hours perల్ week, but the company reserves the discretion to adjust the role based on business or client needs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
QualificationsEducation/
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer
Skills:
Proficient use of personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handlers permit may be required.
Physical Demands: Trade work includes standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching up to 65 inches, talking and hearing, visual reading, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing step-ups, balancing, lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs), pushing/pulling a wheeled cart full of equipment, and handling cleaning chemicals.
Work Environment: Retail store environment, limited travel.
Physical Appearance: Maintain professional appearance and grooming; adopt retailer dress code as per training materials.

English primary; bilingual possibly required.
