- You know how to talk to customers (and you’re not afraid to ask for reviews or payments)
- You’re comfortable using a phone/iPad for job notes and scheduling
- You take care of customers’ homes like they’re your own (booties required)
- Door & window repair/replacement experience (required)
- At least 5 years of paid handyman/craftsman experience
- Your own set of basic tools
- Clean driving record & insurable
- Able to pass background, drug, and driving checks
- Can lift 50+ lbs and work at heights when needed
- Carpentry
- Drywall (small & large repairs)
- Kitchen or bath improvements
- Painting (inside & outside)
- Flooring installation/repair
- Light plumbing or electrical (where legal)
- $25–$28/hour (depending on experience)
