• Assist the crew leader in the setup and preparation for each installation project.
• Follow all steps of the installation process, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Perform tasks such as surface preparation, coating application, and finishing touches.
• Assist with the take down of equipment and thorough cleanup after each job to maintain a professional work environment.
• Involved in the entire installation process, including:
• Preparation:
  Setting up work areas and preparing surfaces for coating applications.
• Application:
  Applying our state-of-the-art polyaspartic coatings, ensuring even coverage and optimal adhesion.
• Finishing:
  Conducting final inspections and touch-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Cleanup:
  Dismantling equipment and cleaning up the site, leaving it in pristine condition.

• Strong work ethic and reliability, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various outdoor conditions.
• Previous experience in construction or similar fields is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
