We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to play a key role in keeping materials, products, and information flowing smoothly throughout our operation. If you take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and ensuring customers receive what they need on time, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll DoAs a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records that support production and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders Identify and document shipment discrepancies or damaged materials Prepare, package, and label customer orders for shipment Generate shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory records Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries Maintain accurate physical and electronic inventory records Organize inventory for efficient retrieval and material flow Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams Follow safety procedures, company policies, and shipping standards Support additional operational activities as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, shipping/receiving, or administrative environments

Intermediate computer skills and ability to work within inventory systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S and Standard Work
