Location: Andover
We are looking for a Supply Centre Administrator who will provide support to the Andover and Poland teams in administration and support activities including travel, projects, audits, SAP, communication, and more. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, part‑time (4 days a week, onsite).
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Andover Supply Centre projects (admin and communications).
- Maintaining uniform, consumables, stationery, PPE stock levels: auditing, ordering, procurement, replenishment, etc.
- Coordinating office and factory briefs in line with the Communication Calendar.
- Coordination of organisational charts, distribution lists and ASC notice board.
- Ordering sundries for the factory (detergent, printer cartridges, paper cones, water, etc.).
- Raising Purchase Order requests and setting up new suppliers.
- Organising team meetings and team events.
- Managing travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
- Supplier relationship management of laundry provider, raising and resolving issues and general housekeeping of laundry room.
- Proficient organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and work effectively with a degree of ambiguity.
- Advanced data manipulation and input skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable attention to detail with proactive initiative.
- Knowledge and experience working with MRP systems.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Previous experience as an Administrator required.
